I was pleasantly surprised.
The stories are vividly illustrated on the cards, and the accompanying book is quite exhaustive with its description.
The cards were not flimsy, and neither was the book - I guess I must have gotten lucky with it!
However, the cloth with the Celtic Cross spread printed on it is something I would not use during professional readings - that would make me some kind of a rank amateur!
All in all, I give this deck 5 stars - Greek Myth has always been inspirational and trust me its worth it!. Expect crisp, articulate prose, without the extravagant detail, depth of characterization and flowing drama afforded by a longer work. Interesting in parts but too repetitive.. Highly recommended.. Therefore, I enjoyed it more.
Of course, it has the same great illustrations as its predecessor, the sorts of illustrations that Osprey is well known for. Very highly recommended!!. This book helped me from the first page for me it
