A must read for everyone!!!. I wonder if all this really happened?. One strong point is that the book presents the intuition behind the formulas.. Reading this book is like listening to soothing music. I read to children every week in a Brooklyn pediatric clinic as part of a program called Reach Out and Read, and I'm always on the prowl for books that might appeal to urban kids of color. They close with a helpful summary of what we've learned along the way.
When you are done, you feel like you have enjoyed real conversations with some of the best practitioners in the field, and have a better sense of the depth, character, and focus that have made them successful. I was also surprised to read about and see photos of Nagasaki since Mary was there just a couple of years after the USA had dropped an atomic bomb on it.
