My only real complaint has to do with Kendry's mother. Palmer got this idea from Romeo and Juliet) they grow closer together even though their families and their town are pulling them apart. An author who knows his subject. I love stories of females dressing up as males as I've thought about doing the same. I was especially excited about Ooko because one of my twins loves foxes.
Ooko was written and illustrated by Esme Shapiro. Once she arrived she discovered there were more than a few old family secrets and that Bella Vista was on the verge of foreclosure.
I was not expecting to enjoy this book as much as I did, but within a few chapters I was immersed in the beautiful setting, rich with detail and vivid descriptions. Great tips to lessen the build time. Natural
